Gemma loves to cool down in the swimming pool but only in the shallow end. Anything beyond that is highly suspicious. Owing to a frightful experience in her puppyhood she believes that paws belong on firm ground and shouldn't have to paddle in deep water. She adores her family but they have the unnerving habit of swimming and playing in the pool making her run forwards and backwards wanting desperately to rescue them but not daring to. Other than that life is grand.
